A NSW man accused of having sex with a golden retriever multiple times among more than 200 other offences has had his case briefly mentioned in court.
Bangalow man Dean Anthony Sellenthin, 43, is charged with a slew of sexual offences including stalking, possessing and producing child exploitation material, indecently assaulting a person with a disability and stealing women's underwear.Sellenthin is alleged to have committed acts of bestiality on at least two different dogs.
Other allegations include producing child abuse material in areas surrounding the northern NSW tourist hub of Byron Bay. On a number of occasions he is alleged to have stolen up to 48 pairs of women's and children's swim wear, and underwear from properties in the region. At Tweed Heads Local Court on Wednesday Sellenthin's defence lawyer asked for the matter to be adjourned for committal with his appearance excused.
