Yet another poll shows NSW is likely on track for a hung parliament when people head to the polls this Saturday, while police reveal a diamond ring could be critical piece of evidence as they investigate a decades-old cold case.

NSW's Liberal-National Coalition Government today announced free mobile dental checks and basic dental care for primary school children in certain parts of the state.

Health Minister Brad Hazzard said 35 new mobile clinics would visit schools in western Sydney, the Mid North Coast and the Central Coast. The policy will cost about $70 million.Meanwhile, a YouGov/Galaxy poll published in The Daily Telegraph today suggests a hung parliament is likely when people head to the polls for the election this Saturday.

It revealed the major parties remain deadlocked at 50-50 on a two-party preferred basis — 1,016 people were surveyed around the state.
