NSW records 78 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases with 21 infectious while in the community. NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says the number would have been 'much higher if people weren't doing the right thing'.
Seven people have been fined after police broke up an office party where a person was found passed out on the floor.
However, NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Gary Worboys said authorities were still finding people who were "stepping outside [health orders] for very selfish reasons".He said officers yesterday busted a party after stumbling across a gathering while patrolling George Street in the city's CBD.
