NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian warns the continuing low numbers do not mean that coronavirus isn't still 'lurking' in the community as the state records four new infections.
She said people, particularly during the school holidays when travelling around the state, needed to stick to the safety guidelines."We're looking at all the restrictions we have in place, we're looking at the case numbers, we're looking at what's happening in other states to determine what decisions, if any, we make in the next little while."NSW Health is currently treating 50 people for COVID-19. At this point, no one is under ventilation.
"Already this year there have been 236 lives lost on our roads, 158 of those have been in regional communities, 78 of them have been in the city," he said.What you need to know about coronavirus:
