Hospitalisations and intensive care admissions have slightly fallen again but deaths in New South Wales reached a grim record on Friday.
Just over 30 per cent of the eligible population aged over 18 have received a booster shot.
Second jabs have increased by 0.1 per cent to 93.9 percent and 95.3 per cent have at least one coronavirus vaccine. Vaccinations for the 12 to 15-year-old cohort have steadied with 82.4 per cent with one shot and 78.3 double dosed. Students aged five to 11-year-olds are coming out in droves with 21.7 per cent receiving their first jab, an increase of 2.1 per cent, on the previous day.Hospitalisations fell significantly with 1,096 residents needing care, a drop of 110 compared to the previous day.We thank everyone who got vaccinated and tested yesterday.More data soon:
