The series will head back to San Francisco for Game 5
The Denver Nuggets live to fight another day, hanging on to beat the Golden State Warriors, 126-121, on Sunday to force a Game 5 back in San Francisco. Nikola Jokic was the orchestrator on offense, as usual, but he received help from players like Monte Morris, Aaron Gordon and Will Barton down the stretch.
The Warriors made a valiant comeback behind Klay Thompson, Stephen Curry and Draymond Green, but ultimately couldn't pull it out after Green fouled out with two minutes remaining in the game. With the Warriors leading 3-1, Game 5 will take place on Wednesday as Golden State looks to advance to the second round.
