A nurse is to stand trial accused of assaulting a patient.
The charge further says that Donnachie repeatedly placed his face against hers and touched her face.It is claimed that he went on to place his head under her bed clothes and repeatedly cuddled her.
Donnachie is further accused of following the woman to the toilet and watching her as well as tickling her stomach.A trial will take place at Glasgow Sheriff Court in August with a hearing taking place in July.
