Adrianne McKinney is facing a myriad of charges over the alleged harassment of three women, including a state MP.
state MP will try convincing a magistrate she has a mental health impairment after prosecutors allege she stalked another victim.
She appeared before Burwood Local Court on Wednesday where her lawyer Avinash Singh acknowledged that an eighth count of stalking this second alleged victim had been brought by police. The campaign of alleged stalking and harassment occurred over about two months from February to April this year, according to court documents seen by AAP.Under her bail conditions, McKinney is not to own or use a smartphone and can only use a computer connected to the internet for certain purposes.
