The NYPD is trying to track down a man accused of stabbing three people experiencing homelessness, killing one and injuring two others. JohnBDias reports:
"Homeless people are people too," one person told CBS2's John Dias.
"If it's targeted in that way, he's not disturbed. It's deliberate, and that needs to be addressed," he said.
