OAKLAND — Police have identified the 23-year-old man who was shot and killed here in one of two multiple-victim shootings throughout the day of Sept. 23.and died around 9 p.m. Sept. 23 on the 10600 block of E Street in Oakland. A second person showed up at a nearby fire station with a nonfatal gunshot wound shortly after the shooting, but refused to give any information about what happened, authorities said.
Police have not announced any arrests in Henry’s killing, nor if they’ve identified the motive. Investigators located dozens of shell casings near where he was shot.in a Brinks armored car robbery and shooting on the 4400 block of International Boulevard. Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money in Friday night’s killing.
