'You've been texting.... he's a f*****g copper! I'm f*****g having you': Off-duty police officer and his girlfriend chased grandmother into a shopping centre car park 'for 'texting at the wheel'
The internal affairs department of Greater Manchester Police is investigating following claims a woman was 'chased' by an 'off-duty police officer and his girlfriend' into a car park for 'texting at the wheel'.
A woman wound down the window and shouted 'open your f***ing window', Gwendoline, who has two daughters and two grandsons, claims. Gwendoline claimed the 'off-duty officer' got out of the car and told her: "You have broken the law several times." "He told her to go into the shop and let him handle this. She was being so aggressive. His demeanour was okay. He was just doing what she told him. It was her who had been banging on the window of her car and screaming."
