Celebrating Castle Street highlights the best of local businesses on Sunday, August 6.

The celebration is back after a three-year hiatus and runs a week in advance of the sister event, Celebrating Bold Street.

Both will see roads closed as businesses spread into the streets alongside a programme of activity with venues showcasing demonstrations of their favourite dishes, competitions, workshops and family-friendly activities.Street performers are booked to entertain the crowds alongside giant puppet waiters, glitter artists and live music from a range of venues. Below are all of the offers and discounts you can take advantage of during Celebrating Castle Street on Sunday, August 6.

The Alchemist is offering a cocktail demonstration delivered by one of their skilled mixologists. You can also get 20% off your food bill.Liverpool Gin Distillery Live music, drinks samples and tours of the dispensary are on available. From 12-8pm, guests can enjoy two for £14 on gin and tonics and cocktails.Complimentary glass of prosecco per guest for anyone dining when they attend the event. The offer will run from Sunday, August 6, to Sunday, August 13.An outdoor snakes and ladders game with a ‘Loverpool' board will let people play and list what they love about the city.
