The bus driver told police he had taken the gun away from the girl after another student told him she had the weapon,. The 9mm semiautomatic handgun, which belonged to the girl’s mother, was inside the girl’s bag and was loaded with four rounds, reports say. When asked why she had the gun, she reportedly told officers she was tired of being picked on.
