Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted served as the guest speaker. Friday marked ORW's 3rd graduation from the Horizon program. Lt. Gov. Husted has been part of all three. He and Second Lady Tina Husted attended Friday's graduation together, wanting to make sure these graduates feel supported.
