A grieving Oklahoma grandmother says her convicted rapist son-in-law is to blame for the seven bodies found Monday after two teenage girls went missing.
Paul Rice, whose daughter Allison Rice was murdered last year, joined 'Fox & Friends First' to discuss why he believes so many homicides are going unsolved.
