Nathan and Dru Baggaley have been charged with attempting to import a commercial quantity of a border-controlled drug, namely cocaine. "On the morning of the 31st of July 2018, more than 360 kilometres offshore, a foreign ship sat waiting," the prosecutor told the court. But Mr Power told the jury, unbeknownst to the people on the boats, a surveillance plane hovered overhead.Dru Baggaley allegedly threw parcels of cocaine overboard amid a chase with the Royal Australian Navy.
