The television industry is not a just place. After all the effort that goes into creating and producing a new series, they can be cancelled after airing just a few episodes. Snap decisions and a page full of audience data can signal a death knell. Sometimes that was all a show deserved, but there are times when a potentially great program gets cut off way too soon.
