Matthew Tuttle got the financial world buzzing with ETFs that short everything Cathie Wood's ARK and Jim Cramer buy. He told us the next big ideas on his radar.

A month ago he started a new ETF that shorts stocks picked by Jim Cramer of"Mad Money."Investing usually isn't personal, which is why Matthew Tuttle's approach stands out a little bit.

For a time, the anti-innovation ETF actually delivered greater all-time returns than those of the fund it was shorting. With so much success it's no wonder that last month Tuttle rolled out a new fund — the Inverse Cramer Tracker ETF , which shorts the stocks recommended on TV by"Mad Money" host Jim Cramer. It's easy to assume Tuttle is motivated by personal or professional dislike for Wood and Cramer.

"I'd rather be shorting the ARK stocks. Teladoc and Roku and the crap that she owns," he said of Wood."I think that's a way better hedge, it's stuff that you can hold onto for longer periods of time, it's something you can own as a tool." "One of the things that I've always noticed throughout the years in the market is that the consensus is wrong. They're getting into things too late and they're getting out of things too late," he said."When is Jim Cramer recommending something? He's recommending you buy it when it's already gone way up, and he's recommending you sell it when it's already gone way down.
