A 40-year-old man has died and another fighting for life, following an alleged stabbing in Whalan overnight. 9News
Police were called to Catlin Close, Whalan, about 7.30pm on Wednesday to reports of a stabbing and found three men with stab wounds.
They said a 40-year-old man died at the scene and a 19-year-old was taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition with arm and torso injuries.A 25-year-old man was in a stable condition with a cut to his arm, police said, adding that the men knew each other. A crime scene was established on Wednesday night as the police helicopter and dog squad searched the area.
