The mooring, located at the southern end of Cable Beach, is a popular stop for boat owners and operators visiting Broome.Broome Police officer-in-charge Dave Whitnell said the men had recently returned from a two-week cruise along the Kimberley coast."They had a couple of beers, they went to bed," Senior Sergeant Whitnell said."They tried to recover the vessel as best they could using bilge pumps, but they weren't succeeding.
