Pflugerville Police tweeted around 5 a.m. Northbound SH 130 was shut down at mile marker 428A due to the crash and traffic was being diverted onto the service road. The Texas Department of Transportation says around 4 a.m. one person who was out on foot was hit and killed.JOIN THE CONVERSATION (
