This is in violation of core community distinctive traits. If we want garish ads, just look to the internet. Go to a gas station with video ads. The community value “promise” is that this tech is going to aid safety and help people connect with shelter.

It’s really just about selling us out for money and claiming that tech will fix problems that tech itself has created, or contributed to.We are all healthier when we connect with one another, when we look up and look out. Giant video ads on our streets? No thank you.
