For years Warren Buffett has argued that wealthy Americans are undertaxed and should have to pay more. So celebrated has the Berkshire Hathaway chairman become for his Tax Me message that Joe Biden invoked the “Buffett Rule” in his run for the presidency. Here is how his campaign website put it:
