This includes phone lines into Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, Kilmore District Hospital and Victorian Virtual Emergency Department. The Commonwealth Bank is also reporting some of its customers may be experiencing difficulties when phoning the bank or receiving messages from the bank.
The broad telecommunications outage will impact CBA customers who need to receive net codes, creating a problem for people who need to transfer funds.
