Profits from the event taking place on Sept. 9 in Silverado will go directly to Maui Strong Fund by the Hawai’i Community Foundation, promoters say.

is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado and its promoters, Orange County-based Brew Ha Ha Productions, announced on Friday, Aug. 11 that all of the profits from the event will be donated to Maui relief., claiming the lives of at least 55 people and wiping out an entire historic town as of Thursday, Aug. 10.
“I would like to start by saying that our hearts and prayers are with the people of Maui,” a statement posted to the festival social media pages by Brea Ha Ha Productions president Cameron Collins read.“The horrific devastation caused by the Maui fires has left the island and its community in dire need of our help and support. At least 1,000 are still missing and at the time of writing this statement, as many as 55 lives have been lost.
