The successful candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, multitasking abilities, and be comfortable working off-premises at client offices.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a OSS system Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our organization by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and Computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively. It should also be noted that this person will be working off premises at the clients office.Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.Daily BMS / CAMERA Fault List Compilation.Assisting maintenance teams with alarms – .Assisting contractors and corrective maintenance teams with site alarms, device pinging, BIP work, camera focusing / installation etc.Compilation of Feedback Reports.Create and manage electronic and hard copy filing systems.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
