Oti Mabuse accused of 'upstaging' Holly Willoughby as she draws Dancing On Ice complaints with 'distracting' corset dress
Eyes were on Oti Mabuse as she stepped out in a showstopping gown for the Dancing on Ice final. The 32-year-old Dancing On Ice judge and former Strictly Come Dancing professional had fans talking with her shimmering corset-style dress.
