Steve Clarke's men will look to pull off an upset in Spain to seal a spot in Germany.
The Tartan Army are looking for a party in Seville with Scotland inching closer to a spot at Euro 2024.
But no fan making the trip will be taking Spain lightly despite holding a victory over the European heavyweights at Hampden already in the group stage - and Steve Clarke will definitely be swerving any pre-match talk of qualification despite the road to Germany and Euro 2024 firmly being in Scotland 's hands. It's five wins from five and anything other than a defeat in Seville will make it mathematically impossible for Norway to keep up.
A loss could see Scots made to wait before they book their flights out to Germany but if Norway don't win both of their games - including against Spain next week - it will be party time for Clarke and his players. But why not keep the winning streak going and pull off another major upset against Rodri and co on their own patch?
Will it be tomorrow night or will Scotland have to put the champagne on ice? Record Sport writers have their say. Keith Jackson Spain away was always going to provide Steve Clarke and his players with the toughest test in the group and, now that the home side have stopped sulking and starting playing, it’s difficult to see anything other than the first defeat of the qualification campaign. And yet, his Scotland side continues to defy all the odds. It’s most certainly a long shot but a draw might not be beyond them.
