The OuterBanks3 trailer sees both John B & Sarah reuniting with their fathers 👀😮
The new Outer Banks season 3 trailer has been released, previewing a familial reunion for two of its main characters. The Netflix original series premiered in 2020 on the streamer and has released two 10-episode seasons. The series was created by Shannon Burke, Jonas Pate, and Josh Pate and follows a group of tight-knit teenagers in the Outer Banks of North Carolina as they come across a treasure map that leads to hidden secrets. It stars Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, J.J.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Released by Netflix, the Outer Banks season 3 trailer shows John B. and Sarah reuniting with their fathers in what appears to be a very emotional chapter in the ongoing story. Big John and Ward finally get face-to-face with their lost children again, many years after the incident between them, and it could lead to further drama and revelations among the whole cast. Ward's family drama isn't stopping there, though, as the trailer also teases a further divide between the father and his troubled son and co-antagonist, Rafe. A particularly emotional reunion was also teased in the trailer, with John B. and Big John reuniting in season 3. John B. went through the wringer in season 2. He got arrested after intentionally turning himself him for the murder of Susan, but the charges got dropped later on, and he returned with the group to Poguelandia. Big John hasn't appeared in the real-time events of the show, but John B.'s father has been shown in numerous flashback sequences.
The other reunion happens between Kook Princess Sarah Cameron and her father Ward. In season 1, Ward's relationship with Sarah was portrayed as being much stronger than his relationships with his other children, especially Rafe. John B. and Sarah both drove into the storm to escape at the end of season 1, and Ward assumed the two had died. Of course, he eventually found out they were alive, which led to more traumatic collisions in season 2.
