It's understood the airline is currently unable to offer refunds to customers left out of pocket.
Bonza suddenly cancelled all services on Tuesday this week, leaving customers stranded without warning around the country.Originally, it was confirmed by administrators Hall Chadwick that the Bonza fleet would remain grounded until at least this morning.
"Customers scheduled to travel during this time are requested to make alternative arrangements with other airline carriers," the statement read. It's understood that negotiations are continuing with the lessor of Bonza's aircraft, whose attempt to seize the fleet prompted the sudden shutdown on Tuesday.
