, the criminal complaint against Williams states that he was driving a Chevy pickup truck along Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Altoona on the night of April 29, 2021, when he struck Lynn Jury, 65, just after 11 p.m. The complaint states that Williams drove away while several nearby people tried to help Jury, who died before EMS could arrive.
Another witness came forward to say that Williams was “extremely quiet” when he returned home the night of the collision, and a third came forward to police saying that Williams had admitted to “nodding off” while being under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash. Investigators also claim that Williams was driving with a suspended license at the time.
