Making fake COVID-19 vaccination card proves costly for Pa. woman

Leister made the card purportedly issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in April 2021 when she returned from her daughter’s wedding in North Carolina. When questioned by a hospital recruitment specialist about the card, she responded that she had been vaccinated at a location in Mifflintown.
