It’s the first time Street Talk has spotted Greenhill on board at Pacific Smiles, and the company’s been crowing about its experts in meetings with shareholders. Management told investors they would strongly rebut Abrahams’ proposal - which is consistent with the company’s public statements - telling them that they believed dentist engagement was good and it was already implementing some of Abraham’s key points., and told shareholders to expect to see a formal response as soon as this week.
