Court papers state they contacted residents of Wheatley Properties and pretended to be an employee of Wheatley Homes to collect their personal details.The pair went on to have phone calls with employees of Wheatley Group call centre and pretended to be residents of Wheatley Properties.It goes on to state that the pair knew that they were not entitled to use the personal details to make a claim for food and fuel vouchers.

Mr Flannigan replied:"I have calculated the value in terms of Mr McSherry's amount and that's £1,200." Sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month where more information surrounding the circumstances will be heard.
