The Queensland Premier has made a last-ditch attempt to convince rugby league bosses to hold the Grand Final in Brisbane as reports suggest the Sunshine State is in favour to snatch the event from New South Wales for a second year in a row.

Mr V'landys confirmed the location for the decider was yet to be decided but the Courier Mail has heard it was leaning towards Brisbane"60-40".
