Freshly minted infrastructure boutique Palisade Impact is mailing out presentation decks and teeing up calls, as it eyes a $250 million raise.

Infrastructure investor Palisade Investment Partners has kicked off a raising for its freshly minted venture Palisade Impact.Palisade Impact is led by ex-Macquarie duo Steve Gross and Jeremy Wernert,

It is understood the new business started reaching out to high-net-worths and family offices this week, saying it was looking to raise $250 million. They were told the Palisade Impact Fund had an immediate and investment pipeline of high-quality assets. The duo previously told Street Talk tThese investments would come from net-zero opportunities within infrastructure, and across sectors like energy, waste, transport and connectivity. The decks sent to investors noted Palisade Impact’s interest in battery storage, smart metres, last-mile telcos, vehicle charging stations, ZEV fleet-as-a-service, energy generated from waste, carbon capture.

Gross spent 16 years at Macquarie and was most recently head of impact investing for Macquarie Asset Management. Wernert is a former head of Macquarie Capital Asia.
