Freshly minted investment house Palisade Real Assets has bought UK-based renewable energy asset management and development company Eco2 Management Services Limited.
The business is led by Stephen Burns, who spent 14 years at Whitehelm Capital as its head of Europe and Americas, and did shorter stints at Barings and NSW’s TCorp. He’s joined by others with similar investment/financial background. The 20-year-old company was privately owned by its founders. Palisade did not disclose the purchase price.
