A Palmyra man has been arrested after police say he delivered fentanyl to someone who overdosed and died in 2022., officers were sent to the 200 block of North College Street in July of 2022 for a drug overdose. A 27-year-old man was found dead at the scene.
After an autopsy and toxicity report, police found that the victim had enough fentanyl in his system to kill almost 30 people. Police say after an investigation, Tyler Singer, 27, had delivered fentanyl to the victim multiple times with the last time being an hour before the overdose. Authorities say Singer was arrested June 20 with him being arraigned Wednesday. Singer's bail is set at $500,000 and he was taken to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.According to police, Singer is facing fours charges including drug delivery resulting in death and involuntary manslaughter.
