Panthers star Luai says 2022 can be better than 2021 | mrchrisnico
An NRL premiership with Penrith, a State of Origin series win with NSW, then the birth of his second daughter. It was some year for Jarome Luai, and you have to wonder how on earth it can get better in 2022 for the Penrith star.
“Another premiership, another Origin series win, they are definitely the goals. Anything less is not what I’m looking for. I’ll be coming in with that winning mindset. “But we felt that last season with teams coming for us every week and starting well every game,” Luai said. “We’ve got a taste of that already. It will go to a whole new level next year.“If there wasn’t a target on our backs, there’s definitely one now. We proved a lot of people wrong this year. There will be high expectations again.”
