Deadline has revealed that the long-developed sequel series to Frasier, the iconic comedy from the 1990s, has been given a series order by Paramount+.

Originally announced to be in development back in February of 2021, the series has now received an official series order and is rumored to be 10 episodes in length. It will follow Frasier’s “next chapter in a different city,” where he will be accompanied by new characters. Reportedly,characters are not expected to appear regularly in the series, instead occasionally appearing in guest roles.
