The lawsuits come just over a week after the accused shooter opened fire on his classmates at Oxford High School in suburban Detroit—an attack that left four students dead as well as six other students and one teacher injured. Michigan-based attorney Geoffrey Fieger filed one $100 million lawsuit in federal court Thursday and plans to file a second lawsuit in state court, according to his assistant.
