NSW Greens Senator David Shoebridge says the parliament may have a “different view” from the Solicitor General on the lawfulness of former prime minister Scott Morrison’s secret ministerial portfolios.
“Both the Senate and the House have very distinct interests to the government of the day when it
comes to … the power to, secretly or otherwise, appoint ministers,” Mr Shoebridge told Sky News Australia.
