A Jetstar passenger onboard a chaotic flight bound for Bali that had to return to Melbourne after two hours has criticised Jetstar after being informed that he would not receive compensation.

Footage from onboard the plane later emerged showing a woman unleashing on her fellow passengers, allegedly hurling abuse as she grew red in the face.Passengers were rescheduled to a flight the following day, however, one customer has spoken out after receiving no compensation from Jetstar despite the 24-hour delay and traumatic experience.
“I was the one picked on, the whole thing was in shambles - the woman should never have been allowed on the plane, she was punching walls and swearing in the lounge beforehand," Mr Cogan said.Mr Cogan said the woman swung a fist at him, which he dodged, however, she knocked his glasses off his face and launched verbal abuse at him.
