New England Patriots cornerback Jack Jones was arrested Friday after he allegedly attempted to bring two firearms onto a plane at Boston’s Logan Airport, multiple outlets reported.
His carry-on also reportedly contained extra ammunition.
Jones is now facing multiple charges for the incident that include unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a large-capacity feeding device and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, police said,Bail for the alleged crime was reportedly set at $50,000, and the 25-year-old Jones will be arraigned in East Boston District Court next week.“We have been notified that Jack Jones was arrested at Logan Airport earlier today,” the team said.
