Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says Pauline Hanson's high court case against the Queensland government is "clearly a stunt and clearly an attempt to grab headlines". The case will not only argue the border closures' illegality under Section 92 of the constitution but also under Section 117 which says "a state shall not make or enforce any law abridging any privilege or immunity of citizens of other States of the Commonwealth".
