A pedestrian is fighting for life following an alleged hit-and-run on the NSW Mid North Coast on Friday night.

The 40-year-old man was found unconscious by passers-by after he was struck by the car on Beach St in Woolgoolga, 25km north of Coffs Harbour.Watch the latest news and stream for free onEmergency services were called to the incident just before 7.30pm, and the man was treated at the scene by paramedics.
