PSU players show off their dance moves along with other athletes Saturday night at Thon
Penn State football freshmen dance in Thon’s annual Pep RallyFreshmen members of the Penn State football team showed off their dance moves Saturday night during the university’s annual Thon Pep Rally. PSU athletic teams put together dance routines and compete against each other for the title.
Former Nittany Lion and current member of the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams, Nick Scott also made an appearance as did Pittsburgh Steeler Pat Freiermuth. Thon is a student-run philanthropy held to raise money to fight childhood cancer and enhance the lives of families and children battling it by supporting the Four Diamonds Foundation which funds pediatric cancer and research at the Penn State Health Children’s Hospital in Hershey., Penn State University’s annual, 46-hour no-sit dance marathon held to raise money for cancer research and support children stricken with cancer.
