Allar threw for 325 yards and three touchdowns, completing 21 of 29 passes. The sophomore connected with KeAndre Lambert-Smith for a pair of scores, the first going 72 yards. His third touchdown was to Florida State transfer Malik McClain. This figures to be the first of many awards for Allar. We’ll see if he earns more recognition after his second start with Penn State taking on Delaware this weekend.
