Scott McTominay has brushed the claims off, insisting it was simply a bit of banter between him and Alejandro Garnacho MUFC
The 26-year-old was filmed snatching Garnacho’s woolly hat off his head and kicking it away in training whilst Man United were preparing for a Europa League clash with Real Sociedad.And some fans reacted hastily to the footage, accusing the midfielder of bullying the young Argentine.
But now McTominay has brushed the claims off, insisting it was simply a bit of banter between him and the starlet.“I had a lot of people saying that was bullying!” he told“That was just a bit of a joke. But he needs to keep his feet on the ground and keep working hard and he can be one hell of a footballer.
