It turns out that the branding label on the popular bars of soap is there for good reason
For those of us who have ever owned a bar of Imperial Leather soap, it's likely you noticed that the iconic branding label does not budge even when the soap is being used.
The Mirror reports that the metallic label is designed to to stop the bar from sticking to your soap dish, meaning we should all be placing the soap with the label facing down. While another said on Reddit: "You have no idea how many times I've sat in the bath and stared at this sticker in amazement that it sticks to the soap until the very end, please enlighten me."
Top Trending Stories Today The truth behind the soap's label has even been backed up by Imperial Leather themselves, who explained that the label is supposed to "prevent mushiness" and help the soap last for longer.
